Method
Step 1: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt and castor sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Add melted butter, oil, lukewarm milk, vanilla essence, and vinegar. Mix well until smooth.
Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients
Sieve flour, corn flour, milk powder, baking powder, and baking soda into the wet mixture.
Fold gently using a spatula — do not overmix, just combine until smooth.
Step 3: Add Chocolate
Fold in 50 g of chopped chocolate or chocolate chips.
Step 4: Fill Muffin Cups
Scoop the batter into lined muffin moulds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (OTG mode – both rods on) for 15–17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
