I refined my skills at APCA Gurgaon, delving deep into the art of French patisserie, and then took a leap across borders to train in a 3-star Michelin restaurant in France. There, in the heart of Europe, I didn’t just learn recipes—I embraced a culture, a discipline, and an elegance that changed everything.
