  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (OTG mode: both rods on).

  2. Sieve together ragi flour, cashew powder, baking powder, cardamom powder, and salt.

  3. Add honey and melted ghee to the dry mix. Combine gently into a soft dough.

  4. If the dough feels dry, add milk a teaspoon at a time — just enough to bind it.

  5. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into even sticks using a knife or cookie cutter.

  6. Arrange the sticks on a parchment-lined baking tray.

  7. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, or until crisp and lightly golden.

  8. Cool completely before storing in an airtight jar.
