🥣 Instructions

1. Prepare the Base

  1. Crush the Oreo biscuits into a fine crumb (with or without the cream—your choice).

  2. Add the melted butter and mix until the texture is like wet sand.

  3. Press this mixture firmly into a tart mould to form an even base.

  4. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.


2. Make the Ganache

  1. Warm the fresh cream gently in a pan (do not boil).

  2. Pour the warm cream over melted dark chocolate.

  3. Mix until the ganache becomes smooth, glossy, and fully combined.


3. Assemble

  1. Pour the silky chocolate ganache over the chilled Oreo crust.

  2. Freeze again for 10 minutes.

  3. Unmould and serve chilled.
