I’m Chef Diksha, the founder and creative force behind Dream Amouré. My journey began at IHM Hyderabad, where I laid the foundation of my culinary dreams. I refined my skills at APCA Gurgaon, delving deep into the art of French patisserie, and then took a leap across borders to train in a 3-star Michelin restaurant in France. There, in the heart of Europe, I didn’t just learn recipes—I embraced a culture, a discipline, and an elegance that changed everything.

But my heart always belonged to India. So, I returned—not to replicate, but to reinvent. I dreamt of a patisserie that blends global techniques with Indian warmth, offering eggless, luxurious creations that resonate with our roots yet speak an international language.
